25 YWAM teams will go beforehand and saturate the city with the gospel and preach in schools, high schools, colleges, and public places.
25 crusades, 20+ cities in 25 nations will be held simultaneously during the time from Passover to Pentecost (April 18 – Saturday, June 7th) with potential opportunity to preach in local churches on Sunday morning.
20+ leading evangelists who will lead their own teams in the assigned city/nation.
We have global coordinators who will work closely with the national coordinators located within each city/nation. These coordinators will also collaborate with each evangelist to plan and execute successful advertising, evangelistic campaigns, crusades, and follow-ups.
Crusades must last a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days. There will be some crusades that will be for 5 days.
Lead evangelists are expected to maintain ongoing and open communication with global and national coordinators regarding planning and logistics using the preferred method of communication, i.e.; Whatsapp, Zoom, Email.
Pentecost25 will ensure that meetings and gatherings between evangelists and coordinators take place.
We do not intend to go to the capitals of these nations because they are already saturated with events and because of the costs of holding an event in the center of the city.
We will aim to target the second or third largest city in each nation.
We believe our strategy will work best in these other cities or in districts surrounding the capital city.
In case the host country wants to organize the event in the capital, we will look for the most populous district of the city.
It is vital and of utmost importance to carry out this event where there is unity and great cooperation among pastors and leaders.
Budgets will range from $15,000 to $20,000.
Each budget will vary slightly depending on which country you’re going to. We don’t think the variation is huge, but perhaps within a reasonable range.
Ask local churches to create and support the vision in referral contacts because we want them to invest in the vision and we want their participation!
From 50 (minimum) to 100 churches to engage, join, and be on board to reach a city for JESUS!
Pastors’ fellowship will work with the national coordinator and regional coordinator to establish crusade committees, (ushers, parking staff, protocol, advertising team, prayer team, worship team, and others).
We seek that each city has unity among churches and pastors, and that they are passionate about representing their city and nation, and that they also commit to funding 30% of their crusade budget (Symbolic number)
We pray that this initiative will be successful in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that thousands of people will make the decision to follow Christ
25 cities, 25 nations, 25 evangelists, 5 weeks.
We will mobilize 20 YWAM evangelism teams and other ministries in each city. Also will seek the partnership of the local evangelists to get involved as well.
To win over 1 million souls for JESUS by all means. Crusades, evangelistic saturation, and social and media outlets.
Reach 10 million people on the Global Evangelism Day “GO DAY” (Saturday, May 24) in combination with each simultaneous crusade.
